What is the Red Light Bed?
Our full-body red light system uses a large LED panel that bathes the whole body in red and near-infrared light. The panel is used overhead as standard while you lie comfortably beneath it, and it can also be set up vertically for standing treatment.
It is a separate treatment from our Class 4 Laser System. The laser targets one problem area in depth; the red light panel treats the whole body at once.
Each session takes 20 minutes in a private room. You lie back with eye protection on, and most people feel nothing more than a gentle, relaxing warmth. There is no UV, so it will not tan or burn.

What a Session Involves
The panel uses 660nm and 850nm wavelengths, chosen for their research backing, to support circulation, recovery and tissue repair. We usually recommend 2 to 3 sessions a week, as the benefits build over time.

Frequently Asked Questions
The light only works on skin it can reach, so clothing blocks it. For a full-body session most people wear underwear or minimal clothing. You are in a private room, and we provide eye protection. Wear whatever you are comfortable in.
Each session takes 20 minutes. Regular sessions matter more than any single one, because the benefits build over weeks. We usually recommend 2 to 3 sessions a week.
Two wavelengths. Red light at 660nm works closer to the surface and suits skin. Near-infrared at 850nm reaches deeper, into muscles and joints.
No. There is no UV, so it will not tan or burn you. Most people simply feel a gentle warmth.
Yes, many patients use both, but they are separate treatments booked as separate sessions. We will advise on the best combination for you.
We screen everyone first. Please tell us if you are pregnant, being treated for cancer, taking photosensitising medication, or have a skin condition triggered by light.
